Deepen your practice…
In this session, we will look at ways to open the upper and middle back using the breath and different postures focused on building flexibility and openness in the chest and spine.
Drop backs will be our main area of focus as well as exploring other postures, such as king pigeon pose.
This class is for the intermediate practitioner who is looking to deepen their back bending practice. While you do not need to be advanced, this session is not recommended for beginners.
The workshop will be fun and lighthearted, as always come with an open mind.
