with the awesome teaching duo, Neha & Avinash!
When was the last time you paid attention to sitting down or standing up? Did you use your hands to do it? Did you really have to? There is so much of our everyday movement that could be better, more efficient and more usefully done, if we actually paid attention. Did you know, for example, that taking our hands out of our movement equation can help build a lot of core strength?
This class is all about getting out of autopilot mode and moving in fun, challenging, and interesting ways that will get you thinking about how you move off the mat! Flows, drills, movement methods and partner work are just some of things we’ll use to work on strength, mobility, co-ordination and building better connections in the body and exploring better ways of moving through life!
Come join Neha and Avinash every Friday for 4 consecutive weeks to participate in this super creative, one-of-a-kind class!
Dates: 4x Friday afternoons: July 12, July 19, July 26 & Aug 2. From 2 – 4pm.
Rates: 600 AED for all 4 sessions. 175 AED for 1 session.
Neha Duseja is an RYT 600 certified, international yoga teacher, who’s journey began eight years ago as a means to balance work life and a rigorous gym workout. Her love affair with yoga began in the hot room. Neha then began practicing Ashtanga and finally Vinyasa where she found her passion for arm balances, inversions and transitions. Going beyond the physical, she realized that yoga is mental stretch. Stretching limitations, imaginations and possibilities! Her love for inversions, especially handstands, has seen her train with internationally renowned experts in hand balancing, yoga, calesthenics and movement. The journey of a handstand transformed her life and it is this change that she hopes to bring to the lives of all her students!
